2024 Maytag dryer says check lint screen and won

my maytag dryer is model 5000 series with steam. The drier will not run, keeps telling me " check lint screen". I have disconnected the exhaust vent and cleaned the lint screen and it still says check lint screen. Is there a reset button or fuse that may be preventing it from running?.
